1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the UGo Shirts On-Demand platform at ugoshirts.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. Our Service
UGo Shirts On-Demand is an online platform operated by Unisol Philippines that allows organizations, teams, and groups to order custom-printed shirts. We offer:
- Online booking with transparent, real-time pricing
- A DIY Studio for creating custom shirt designs
- Capacity-based weekly production batches with Friday cut-off deadlines
- Delivery across the Philippines
3. Booking and Payment
- Slot reservation: Your production slot is only secured once full payment is received and confirmed by our team.
- Full payment required: We require full payment upfront to secure your slot and guarantee your delivery schedule.
- Cut-off deadline: Bookings must be completed before the Friday cut-off of each production week. Late bookings will be moved to the next available week.
- Minimum order: The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per booking.
- Pricing: Prices displayed are per piece and depend on shirt type, quantity, and delivery speed. Final pricing is confirmed at booking.
4. Design and Production
- After booking, our Customer Service team will contact you within 24 hours to finalize your design files and size breakdown.
- You are responsible for providing accurate design files and size information before the cut-off deadline. Delays in providing these may affect your delivery date.
- By submitting a design, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all design elements, including logos, images, and text.
- We reserve the right to decline designs that contain offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
- Minor color variations may occur between digital previews and printed shirts due to the nature of sublimation and screen printing processes.
5. Delivery
- Estimated delivery dates are provided at booking and are based on your selected delivery speed (Standard: 3–4 weeks, Priority: 2–3 weeks, Express: 1–2 weeks).
- Delivery timelines begin after design and size confirmation is complete, not from the booking date.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
- Delivery is available across the Philippines. Shipping fees are included in the quoted price for standard delivery areas.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Before design confirmation: Cancellations requested before your design is confirmed by our CS team are eligible for a full refund, less any payment processing fees.
- After design confirmation: Once your design has been confirmed and production has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued.
- Defective items: If shirts arrive with manufacturing defects, we will replace the affected items at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
- Wrong quantities: If we deliver fewer pieces than ordered, we will ship the remaining pieces at no additional cost.
7. Partner Program (enTEEpreneurs)
- Partners earn a commission on bookings made using their referral code, subject to the commission rate communicated at the time of partner onboarding.
- Commissions are earned only when the referred booking is fully paid and confirmed.
- We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice to active partners.
- Fraudulent referrals (e.g., self-referrals, fake bookings) will result in immediate termination of the partner account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ugoshirts.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Unisol Philippines and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unisol Philippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
