• Design data — your shirt design created in the DIY Studio (hosted by Unisol DIY)
• Referral code — if you used a partner referral code during booking
• Usage data — page views and interactions collected anonymously via Umami Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking)

3. How We Use Your Information

• Process and confirm your shirt order
• Contact you to finalize your design and size breakdown
• Send booking confirmation and order status updates via email and SMS
• Coordinate delivery to your address
• Calculate and process partner referral commissions
• Improve our platform and services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your data only with:

• Semaphore — our SMS provider for sending booking confirmations and updates
• Resend — our email delivery provider
• Unisol DIY — for storing and retrieving your shirt design
• Our production team — to manufacture and deliver your shirts

All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention

We retain your booking information for a minimum of 2 years for order fulfillment, warranty, and business record purposes. Payment proof images are retained for 1 year after order completion. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected].

We use Umami Analytics for anonymous, privacy-friendly website analytics. Umami does not use cookies, does not track users across websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. No cookie consent banner is required.
